E-commerce transactions to reach $100 bn in '08

This PTI report suggests that e-commerce transactions in India are expected to reach $100 billion by 2008. This is largely due to companies shifting to the internet for trading. The report notes that B2B (business to business) portals have made the job of exporters and importers much easier by reducing time and cost involved.
