Gujarat Is the best e-governed state

The CSI-Nihilent e-Governance awards have been instituted with the aim of identifying states and organisations who have successfully utilised ICT in discharging their functions. The article lists the awardees for the current year among whom the standout performer is Gujarat which emerged as the best E-Governed state. The Department of Health & Family Welfare, Gujarat was declared joint winner of the Best e-Governed Department Award which recognises government departments that have shown great promise in delivering best results of e-governance.
